On 2018 Nov 14th the international cooperation R&D project called VIDaaS, a joint effort by DTec and our South Korean partners of KSEL, has been awarded the EUREKA Label.

VIDaaS (Voice IDentity as a Service) is a cloud based IDaaS (IDentification as a Service) to provide IAM (Identity and Access Management), capable of securely managing user Ids and applications with MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) technology based on DTec’s voice biometrics engine BioVox.

EUREKA is an intergovernmental network that promotes the cooperation in market-oriented R&D&I projects between European countries and a few associated countries outside the EU, among them South Korea. With the EUREKA Label they award the most promising R&D projects based on technological innovation, market projection and abilities of the companies conforming the consortium. The Label also gives green light to the members of the project for getting funds from the national organizations supporting R&D international cooperation projects. In Spain, this public organization is CDTI.

DTec is a Spanish company focused on developing and bringing to market software solutions based on advanced proprietary voice biometrics, speech recognition and audio watermarking technologies.

KSEL is a South Korean company specialized on providing security evaluation services, being accredited as an international testing laboratory by the KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
